La Mirabelle is all on one level & makes the perfect villa for families sharing due to the centrally located living area. 2 bedrooms & bathrooms are on one side & 3 bedrooms & bathroom the other - so lots of privacy & space. The play room is on the mezzanine which has a stair gate.'Home Cinema' sitting room.....The sitting room and kitchen has double height ceilings (around 15ft), so when you walk in, you are immediately impressed with the spaciousness of this villa. The sitting room has 3 meter patio doors which conceal into the wall space enhancing the indoor / outdoor living experience. The doors slip away effortlessly enabling you to enjoy the views of the south facing gardens, terrace and pool area. The sitting room has a projector home cinema TV which is equipped with the full Sky+ package, including movies, children's and sports channels, displayed on a huge motorised screen, so you never have to miss your favourite programme. Also enjoy the Wii console with great interactive games supplied for the whole family to have fun with, particularly great with on the 'big screen!' Relax in one of the large leather sofas and enjoy the 'home cinema' experience, or just relax with a glass of wine and a good book (a huge library of excellent English books supplied including fiction, classic novels, biography & thrillers!), or plug in your iPod to the Sony surround sound system and listen to your favourite artist! Don't forget about all the magazines supplied for some easy reading whilst laying in the sun including favourites like Homes & Gardens, Country living, 25 Beautiful Homes, Marie Claire plus Hello, Ok and Heat to name but a few. Not to be missed by the whole family is the huge selection (over 100) family/children's classic DVD's & Videos by Disney, Warner bros, Fox & Universal plus many many more. The older kids will love the Wii console with interactive family games, whilst the little ones will love the toys, games & dressing up clothes and be delighted to find so many games and toys for them to enjoy - Happy children = Happy parents! A helpful comprehensive folder located in the sitting room lists local restaurants, both child-friendly and 'just for the grown-ups', top-ten activities to do with the kids, plus maps of the area, best beaches to visit, plus much more. Excellent for planning your days out and a great read over a glass of wine! The well-equipped kitchen.....The superbly appointed kitchen has been meticulously furnished and equipped with a large 5 burner range cooker (always easier when cooking for large numbers), Nespresso coffee machine, two dishwashers, washing machine, microwave, and two large kitchen tables with seating for up to 14 guests where you can enjoy your freshly baked croissants! Lots of large serving dishes, crockery and cutlery are provided, so there will be no shortage when cooking a large family meal. It's the little extras which make all the difference to your holiday...such as finding washing-up liquid, dishcloths, bin bags, kitchen foil, cling film, kitchen towels, various herbs and salt & pepper pots all ready in your villa waiting for you - essential kitchen items and always appreciated. For the little ones we supply - a high chair, travel cot, changing mat, pushchair, plus essentials like a microwave sterilizer, bottle warmer, food blender, children's crockery, cutlery and themed place mats. The Accommodation Details.....La Mirabelle has five bedrooms: 2 doubles, (one with additional TV with full sky access, Video & DVD player) 1 twin, 1 triple with bunk bed & single bed & 1 quadruple with two sets of bunk beds. If there are more than four adults in a party, the twin bedroom can be made into a large double benefiting from its own en-suite shower room. Both master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms which can also be accessed from the children's bedrooms (known as Jack & Jill bathrooms). Both bathrooms have Jacuzzi baths with over shower units. One also has the added benefit of a separate shower cubicle with multi-jets. Both bathrooms have beautiful glass double hand basins. Freshly pressed 100% luxury cotton bed linen is supplied for each guest submitted on the booking form and left in the villa for your arrival as well as hand/bath towels for all guests. In addition, you can hire large 100% cotton towels for the beach/pool (saves that bit of extra room in the case!) We also offer daily maid service (at a supplement) so your beds can be ready for you to slip into after a hard day at the beach or round the pool! Just for the kids........We believe that your kids are probably our most important clients, so we intend to keep them as happy as possible so you have some time to relax. In the villa you will find a list of our "Top 10 Things to do with the Kids" in and around Angles. The list includes local adventure parks, theme parks and water parks, along with many other exciting activities! The swimming pool and child friendly garden....The huge pool area is surrounded by timber decking and a grassed area containing plenty of sunloungers for sunbathing, where the whole family can relax and enjoy. The kids will enjoy the children's play area with swings, slide and sandpit (buckets and spades provided!) as well as have hours of fun on the outside table tennis table. Overlooking the garden, there is a deck area with large tables and a motorised sun awning, for dining outside or for your 5 o'clock Pimms! You will also love the large chimney-style barbecue, which cooks food to perfection. The swimming pool is fully enclosed and is protected by a lockable gate. There is ample parking and secure electronic gates at the front of the property. Large TV/play roomThe kids will just love this large space to play in. It is stuffed with toys, from train sets to building blocks, dolls house, dressing up clothes and shoes, to games and puzzles, plus much more. There are two large comfortable sofas and a TV which has full sky access, plus a video & DVD player.
